Application
The Sonel KT-80 thermal imager is budget-friendly yet offers highly accurate temperature measurements. Robustly designed and constructed it is ideally suited for:
- troubleshooting electrical installations, wiring, panels, motors, breakers, transformers, switchgear and electrical equipment,
- monitoring the thermal performance of industrial manufacturing processes,
- identifying overheating of mechanical and electro-mechanical components,

- locating hidden heat sources (of people, animals, objects) in dark / low-light conditions.
Single-hand operation
The user-friendly design and intuitive handling make the thermal imager a pleasure to use. Experienced or new users needing a professional diagnostic tool will find the user interface easy to use without training. The included ThermoAnalyze 2 software for the PC allows further analysis and the preparation of reports.
Analytic software included
The Sonel ThermoAnalyze 2 PC software is supplied with the camera. It allows to perform detailed analysis of the recorded thermal images, followed by generating thermal inspection report.
